
Miss Lydia Djangmah currently serves as the Head of the Research and Monitoring Team at Myhelp-Yourhelp Foundation, where she leads project evaluation and impact tracking with a focus on accountability, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement.
Professionally, Lydia is the Human Resources Manager at Amonu Chocolate, a premium Ghanaian-made chocolate brand. Before that, she worked with the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) as contract staff.
Lydia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Cape Coast.
She joined the Foundation in 2020 and has since risen through various roles, including Deputy Project Manager and Deputy Event Coordinator, consistently demonstrating diligence, compassion, and a strong work ethic. Her journey within the Foundation reflects her passion for service and unwavering commitment to the values of kindness and stewardship, inspired by Matthew 25:40—“Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”
Her versatility and reliability have made her a go-to team member for special assignments. She is especially impactful during outreach projects involving children, where her natural rapport and experience allow her to engage effectively, sometimes taking up the role of Master of Ceremonies.
