How do I pay with Mobile Money?
The Donate via Mobile Money channel which is currently only available in Ghana allows Ghanaian customers to pay you by entering their phone number enabled for mobile money.
NB: When click on the “Pay Now” button, you will receive a prompt on the mobile device attached to their number asking them to confirm the payment via an OTP sent to the device. After inputting the OTP sent to your phone on the payment page, you will be asked to complete the authorisation with their PIN.
How do I pay with Bank Card?
You simply have to provide your card details and authorise the transaction via our two-factor authentication process. This is done by providing your card pin, a one-time password and/or 3-D Secure authorisation
