Felicia Konadu Yamoah is a committed member of the management team at Myhelp-Yourhelp Foundation, currently serving as the Head of Finance and Coordinator of the Prayer and Counselling Department. She brings to the Foundation a strong academic and professional background in business administration under human resource management, underpinned by a deep commitment to service and spiritual care.

Felicia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Human Resource Management, graduating with First Class Honours from both Data Link University and Amity University Online.

Professionally, she works at Raphal Medical Centre as a Cashier.

She joined the foundation in 2020, inspired by its practical compassion and impact on the underprivileged. Felicia’s dedication led to her appointment as Secretary and member of the Research and Monitoring Team. Her competence and reliability led to her elevation as an Assistant Finance Manager, eventually rising to her current role as Head of Finance, overseeing the Foundation’s financial planning, reporting, and accountability processes.

In her additional role as Coordinator of the Prayer and Counselling Department, Felicia provides emotional and spiritual support to both members and beneficiaries, reflecting her strong faith and belief in holistic well-being.

Felicia enjoys reading, music, reflective writing, and community outreach. She continues to serve with excellence, helping uphold the Foundation’s values of transparency, compassion, and integrity.
